I stayed at the Park Plaza in Budapest for 3 night and overall my experience was very positive. The staff was always professional, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent: varied, high quality and well organized. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the Fisherman’s Bastion, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One small point that could be improved concerns the wellness area. The massage service and the sauna would benefit from a bit more attention. It would be important to always have someone present in the massage center and to extend the sauna opening hours. For example, on Saturday afternoon I asked to book a massage, but I was told that the therapist was not available and would only return on Monday. With a few improvements in the organization of the spa area, the overall experience would be truly excellent.

The hotel is very well located. It's right in front of the Danube and the Parliament (which is on the other side of the river, in Pest). When night falls and the buildings light up, the beautiful view becomes fantastic. Pleasant, quiet space with visible cleanliness. Nice and warm at the end of February. The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need. Good service and friendly, very approachable staff. I hope to return.

Passing by, we stopped at the hotel bar while waiting to catch the boat for the panoramic Danube cruise. Soft lighting, a relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly, professional bartender Daniel (if I remember correctly) offered excellent service.
