We stayed here for four days and genuinely enjoyed every single moment. Waking up to the beautiful Thames view set the tone for our days—it never got old. The location is a real advantage: close to everywhere, easy to move around, yet calm enough to actually rest. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which always makes a difference. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the people. A special thank you to Mr. Alper, the Reception Manager, whose professionalism and warm attitude made us feel welcome from day one. Equally, Mr. Bilal, the technical staff member, deserves recognition for his prompt support and attention to detail—small things handled well leave a lasting impression. Because of the comfort, the service, and the overall experience, this is a place we would gladly return to on our future visits. When a hotel makes you want to come back, you know they’re doing something right. Highly recommended.

It is located on the banks of the Thames River, and you can go out to the riverside bridge at night and see the night view of Big Ben.

Stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank and discovered old blood stains on the duvet. This means the bedding was either not changed or not properly inspected before our stay — a shocking hygiene lapse for a supposed 4-star hotel. When we reported it, management later claimed the stains were “coffee”, which is simply not credible given the colour, placement, and appearance on the duvet itself. More concerning than the stain was the attempt to dismiss it rather than take responsibility. We were told the hotel would “investigate” and respond within 48 hours, but no immediate accountability or resolution was offered for the fact that our room had contaminated bedding. This is not a minor issue — it’s a basic hygiene failure compounded by poor and defensive customer service. Extremely disappointing standards. I would not stay here again and would advise others to inspect their bedding carefully. Evidence attached.
