Really amazing staff! We were stranded in Utrecht due to the snow storm and decided to spend the night with our baby and our 2 dogs. The staff was nice and they thought along not only to accommodate us, but also our baby and pets. They were very proactive in tending to our needs and we felt welcome and cozy despite the circumstances. 100% recommend!

The only downside. I pay so much for a room, and then I have to be told on the spot that parking is a fee. Shame on you. Make that clear in the email. I have to pay 25 euros for a day pass. And later that evening, another colleague tells me they're wrong and that they need to register my license plate number, and that I can stay for free... The breakfast was delicious, and the people are friendly. If I got my 25 euros back, it would have been a great experience. It's the principle of the matter.
