We (a family of 3) stayed in a premium suite for 5 nights in the last week of Dec 2025. The room was spacious in an excellent location, with a shopping center conveniently located next door. Check-in and check-out staff were polite and welcoming. However, there were numerous MAJOR issues. This is the worst experience we have had at a 4-star hotel—HONESTLY, it does not even meet a 3-star standard. - No complimentary water was provided for a single day - In a premium suite, it was a surprise that there was no microwave in the room - The refrigerator was not cooling at all (and completely empty)!! We made complaints to room service, but no action was taken in 5/6 days. - Every day, we had to request toilet rolls, and a spare one was not provided. - Breakfast at Ginger was very limited and was by far the poorest breakfast we have experienced compared with other 4–5-star hotels. - Although the hotel advertised that they provide sofa beds in the premium suites, they asked for additional charges when we requested to arrange the sofa bed. NOTE. The sofa bed was a very low-quality spring mattress and extremely uncomfortable. It is difficult to imagine anyone sleeping properly on it. - Room service did not vacuum the room in 5 days, and hence, we developed skin rashes after using the bed and sofa bed. The itching began almost immediately, which is completely unacceptable. - Even though the hotel advertised that they have a swimming pool, actually it is a part of a residential complex (M-City), and you have to walk through the shopping center and residential complex to use the swimming pool, where the hotel does not provide any towel/soap/anything. - Highly inconvenient! - Room service was unreliable. We highly recommend avoiding this hotel and would request the hotel to compensate.

Pros: Great location with a shopping centre right next door. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly. Cons: Many serious issues. We have never stayed in a 4-star hotel this bad - honestly, it doesn’t even deserve a 3-star rating. 1. We developed skin rashes after using either the bed and the sofa bed. The itching started immediately, which is completely unacceptable. Then the leg rash started appearing on one of us. 2. The sofa bed is a very cheap spring bed and extremely uncomfortable. It’s hard to imagine anyone sleeping well on it. 3. No complimentary water was provided, and the fridge was completely empty. The cups smelled like seafood. The breakfast buffet at Ginger was very limited - by far the worst breakfast we’ve had compared to other 4–5 star hotels. 4. The room door kept making loud noises for no apparent reason, waking us up multiple times during afternoon and late night. We believe this was caused by pressure or suction from the hallway. 5. Room service was unreliable. We put no disturb to save their time. However, on 3rd day, due to the skin rash, we asked for the bedding to be changed around 1 pm. The request was acknowledged by phone, but when we returned late at night (around 11 pm), nothing had been done. Conclusion: Stay away from this hotel.
