Despite the reviews I read, I stayed there using social tourism. I give it 5* for the effort you are making to improve it. its location, even though it doesn't have a good view, but you are close to everything in the old town. Its age is evident in some places, but compared to the giants of a 2* hotel, I am very satisfied. It offers what it should. And for the service, I am also very satisfied. As an observation, I would like to make a comment, and this is how it should be when you have a group discussion or comments with the person in charge, and this is how professionalism dictates that they should not be made in front of the reception desk but in a place where the customer cannot see or hear because it is rude. Always in good faith. There was no charge for air conditioning, as some reviews or even on their website mention. Maybe it is something that is now changing and since I did not see central heating. I recommend it as a decent economic solution. for a few days or longer vacation or a business visit to the island.

I will give one star because the cleanliness was terrible especially on the first day, I took cleaning spray to clean all the surfaces that had dust, lint on the floor, dirty sheets, The toilet smelled awful. When I told the maids that I wanted a mop on the first day (I stayed 6) from there on everything was perfect with the cleanliness! They also forgot to give me towels But if we asked for them they gave them to us! The service at the reception was very good, the location is impeccable! There is parking outside on the street, the hotel does not have one! In general, the hotel could be one of the best if they had been organized a little! I only recommend it if you don't care and you are a little concerned with the details to fix them! Otherwise, the price for a rose is really good! Another bad thing was the soundproofing that it did not have!!!! We heard everything next to us, outside and so on!

It's for the trash, dirty sheets, unclean room, no towels, no blankets, December, the wall was leaking water, breakfast for the trash, what better way to do it yourself than to go downstairs, everything was dirty, I wiped it myself, I dusted it, I didn't leave because they made me pay before I even got the room
