We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had booked a room with a whirlpool. At check-in, we were informed that our room was not located within the main hotel complex, which was not clear to us at the time of booking. The building with our room was separated from the main area by a street, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the room itself urgently needs renovation. The windows were poorly sealed, so we could hear loud music from the nearby night market until late at night. In addition, the humidity in the room was extremely high — even clothes that were dry in our suitcase became very damp by the time we checked out. This was a major negative point for us. The main hotel complex looked quite nice overall, but it felt like it lacked some care and attention. With better maintenance and cleanliness, it could be much more appealing. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to easily arrange a scooter through them. Overall, I would probably not stay here again, as the condition of the room significantly affected our experience.
