Peach Blossom Resort & Pool Villa

This is the worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in! It's simply disgraceful! Upon arrival on November 16, 2025, we were given a 2-night room with no view on the 2nd floor, with the explanation that there were no rooms available, even though we'd booked three weeks in advance. We were understanding. After checking in, it turned out the faucet was completely broken. We were told they'd tried to fix it, but ended up replacing it. The air conditioner blows the same cold air, whether it's 23 or 26 degrees, it doesn't care. Everything is just old, that's just how it works. As a result, for the first time in ten years of traveling, my husband caught a cold in Thailand!!! The bed was uncomfortable. The music from the restaurant was clearly audible in the room. Two days later, we were moved to the 5th floor, but the entry lock was broken! They changed our room again! In the new room, the faucet was again a problem. They didn't bother reporting it, and we tried not to use it, only using the shower. When we checked out today, November 23, 2025, we experienced the height of insolence – they tried to rip us off for 45 baht for chips we ate from the minibar!!!! They showed us a photo, like, here are two cans of Pringles, and in the next photo, one of the cans is empty!!! So someone ate them, and we have to pay?! When we checked out, the cans were standing there as usual. Of course, we didn't check the contents, didn't even think about such a scam. Realizing we weren't going to pay for someone else, the receptionist returned the deposit. As for breakfast, the coffee machine only makes espresso. The choice of hot dishes is very limited, the vegetable selection is completely nonexistent, there aren't even cucumbers. What kind of 4 stars are you talking about?! The hotel as a whole doesn't even reach 3!!! There are no welcome drinks. Our stay was disgusting!!! We will never return! We do not recommend this hotel!!!

Having the worst experience in this resort. We did our booking from MakeMyTrip.com, we booked for a grand suite room with sea-view. What we got was a room in the ground floor with no view and beside a garbage kind of space. We informed the hotel they are not taking any responsibilities nor are they changing our room. The staffs have lunch time from 12-1pm, so all work during this time us on hault, we wanted a bottle of water even that will only be given post 1pm and not prior that. A very old property not well maintained, yet charging exorbitant prices for such fithy service and rooms. The front desk people single handedly ruined our whole travel experience and they are continuing to do the same , and not ready to provide help or assistance for anything. Pathetic service, would urge others to please never book this resort until you want to get scammed. Also sharing few images to get a better clarity for everyone. Whoever is the owner should really look into the attitude of the front desk manager and other staffs. No warmth no greeting no assistance or help received till now. We are here for the last 18hrs now, and till now a pathetic experience.

This is one of the worst hotels that we have stayed in. The staff is ignorant to everything. They are just interested to get money in the pocket. We booked the grand suite room with sea view. Upon arrival we were given a room in the ground floor. They said the sea view rooms are subject to availability. While booking we had filtered the room category by seaview only. Once we discussed it with Makemytrip and they raised a cancellation request the hotel rejected it outright. They have got the money in their account and they dont care about the experience of the guests. We paid 28k for 2 days just for seaview and yet got stranded in the ground floor room. When the staff talked to the manager she was adamant it is not their fault and they wont do anything. If senior people dont know anything about hospitality then junior staff will also not learn. They told to check next day morning if they can accomodate any other room for us. When we went ask they said we are late we should have come earlier. They just wasted our time and money. Out of all of this the staff is arrogant and adamant about everything. The property is very very old. The lobby has very dim lighting. The door separating the room and toilet is wobbling and creating noise everytime you pull it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you want a good time.
