No peaches but definitely a hill. Very nice hotel staff. If you are a first time visitor, make sure to get clear info. Like where to get the shuttle from Kata beach. We waisted a lot of time waiting for the shuttle thinking they are picking up , where they dropped us. Communication is not there strong point. Rooms are nice and clean. It was a wow soon as we saw the room. Very spacious , very comfy beds and pillow. Body wash and hair wash in the same bottle. No soap. More tea bags , iron, water can be requested. We bought our own milk from 7/11. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Bit of a walk to the breakfast. Bit noisy at night. Gusty wind was so strong and noisy. Nice balcony with a rack. We just walked up and down the hill , after shuttle incident. Once you go down to the streets , many restaurants and fruit places available. Walking distance to Kata beach. Felt quit safe walking at night.

We stayed at this hotel from January 5, 2026, to January 15, 2026. Everyone was happy! The rooms are clean and cleaned daily (don't forget the tip). The breakfasts are good, and there are 3 swimming pools (they have high chlorine levels), so we prefer the sea! We got a renovated building with a Deluxe room by the road. We had to keep the balcony closed at all times; in the morning, instead of birds chirping, there was the constant sound of motorcycles. In the evening, if you prefer silence, wear earplugs or stay in your room. We didn't particularly bother sitting on the balcony. Everything is within walking distance; we preferred Karon Beach (5-7 minutes' walk), the night market, and 7.11. Overall, there are pros and minor cons, like everywhere else! The building was located downstairs, so there is no sea view! But at least we didn't have to work our calves climbing the mountain after walking! I recommend this hotel! I wish you a good mood and a great vacation!
