They cancelled our fully paid reservation and transferred to another hotel. They didn't provide any information in the morning and only informed us in the evening; the reception staff acted indifferently. They told us to take the subway to the other hotel. Even though we insisted that they at least compensate us by covering the taxi fare, they said it was impossible and told us to take the subway. After arguing for half an hour, they finally covered the taxi fare and sent us to the other hotel. According to them, the room became unusable due to the customer who checked out. Even if we accept this with understanding, the attitude at the reception and being told to take care of ourselves with the metro is unacceptable.

We made and paid for a reservation for two rooms. We arrived at the hotel exactly at the official check-in time, 14:00. However, our rooms were not ready. At first, we were told it would take “just a few minutes,” which then turned into “half an hour,” and eventually we were asked to leave and come back later. As a result, we were forced to wait for a total of three hours. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we were then told that only one room was available, and that the second room could not be provided because it had been “damaged by the previous guest and was unusable.” This information was never communicated to us at 14:00. If such a situation truly existed, it should have been clearly explained to us the moment we arrived at the hotel — not after hours of being kept waiting. As a result, on December 31st — New Year’s Eve — we were deprived of the second room that we had already paid for. Our plans were disrupted, we experienced unnecessary stress, and our entire schedule was thrown off. This situation is completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional, and demonstrates a total disregard for customer responsibility. We paid for two rooms. One room was delivered. We lost time, comfort, and trust. This experience completely ruined our arrival by creating stress on a day that should have been enjoyable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects reliability, transparency, and basic professionalism.

We booked and paid for two rooms. We arrived exactly at the official check-in time (14:00). Not only were the rooms not ready, but we were repeatedly told “just a few minutes”, then “half an hour”, and eventually asked to leave and come back later. We were kept waiting for 3 hours. When we returned in the evening, we were told that only ONE room was available because “the previous guest had damaged the other room and it could not be used.” This was never communicated to us at 14:00. If this was truly the case, it should have been clearly stated the moment we arrived — not after sending us away for hours. So on 31 December — New Year’s Eve — we were left without the second room we had already paid for, delayed, stressed and completely disrupted in our plans. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and shows a total lack of responsibility and customer care.
