It's been a few months since my family and I left your hotel. I want to thank you very much for the incredible vacation (11-18.7.2025) that you prepared for us. It was more than 1000% 😊. We were really impressed to see all of you working from the cleaners and support staff to the director taking care of his elderly mother. When you have a lot of money, you can build a heavenly luxury, but it will only be a 5-star standard. But creating your anthill and keeping it functioning perfectly on all levels is almost impossible. Thank you for your approach when complaining about the room and immediately changing it for a better one that suits us. Thank you to Mahmut and everyone else who took care of us. I know it's their job, but they put something extra into it to make you believe that they love us more than our money 😊. The cleaning lady, who on Tuesday, when you have an eco day without cleaning, came out to meet us with a smile on her face and changed our dirty towels and bed linen. And finding and handing over a forgotten passport 5 minutes before the bus left, it only completed your incredible care for our well-being. For that, I thank you all for your amazing work for our satisfaction. My wife and I have a credo that life is so short that we cannot spend our vacation in the same place more than once and that we must see as many new places as possible. Thanks to all of you, we will probably change the rule and if it is even slightly possible and affordable, we will be happy to come back to you in the summer.

We had an eight-day holiday in May. We had previously stayed in the club section because there were no available rooms. We loved it so much this time we went to the Royal. We liked it even more. First of all, the sea is wonderful; shallow, sandy, clean, and waveless. We had a great time with our little girl. We loved the mini disco and the entertainment in the evenings. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and they were constantly cleaned. We would like to thank the hotel manager, Ozan, for being very attentive, and all the staff were equally friendly and attentive. Pegasos is our home in Alanya. We hope to see you again next year.
