Google Maps says closed but it’s very open, i booked on IHC app. Helpful staff. I stayed here 6 months ago and nothing changed so far. Forget breakfast it doesn’t exist. There was a rust hole in the bathtub. I’m not sure how these old rundown hotels get under the IHC umbrella? The quality expectation isn’t there.

I booked this “luxury suite” near the airport through Expedia, hoping for a comfortable honeymoon stay 10/11/25-10/13/25. Instead, it was one frustration after another. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. For reference of who was on staff. At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. We were given a full bed instead of the queen we paid for, and when I pointed it out, she snapped that she “just checks people in.” After some back-and-forth, she reluctantly switched our room but kept the same tone. Both rooms had non-working TVs; we ended up driving 25 minutes home to grab our own Fire Stick just to have working television. The in-room phones didn’t work, and there were no soap or shampoo dispensers as advertised. The first room had several hairs including pubic hairs on the bathroom wall. It was a decent style room on a positive note. Unfortunately all the equipment look like it probably hadn't been updated since the '90s with exception of TVs which again the cable kept going out and not just for us. Same problem when we looked at the hotel lobby TV. The pool was dirty with algae and leaves, and the breakfast tasted stale despite us getting there 20 minutes after breakfast opened with steam still coming off of the food. No one explained where basic amenities were, and the front desk was often unattended. The only bright spot was the polite woman at checkout. Overall, the property felt outdated, unclean, and poorly managed. What should have been a simple honeymoon stay turned into repeated disruptions. As a person who has stayed at many hotels in the area and is a Pensacola native I would not stay here again.

There was mold in the shower. The handle was broken on the toilet. I reported both of these to the front desk but they didn't fix the toilet or clean the mold or offer me another room. I will not stay here again. This is the worst IHG property that I have stayed at.
