Breakfast is cleared away before it's finished. When you ask if you can have another croissant, you're rudely refused. A real shame.

After a long journey, we were greeted very unfriendly by the man behind the bar. We had to sign a document agreeing to the house rules. This is perfectly normal, and I have no problem with it. But the way he was treated was extremely unfriendly, disrespectful, and the man was completely impatient. It's a real shame. Furthermore, I was there for four nights and didn't get a single room cleaning. I was very ill one night and sweated profusely in bed; the sheets simply weren't changed... even though I saw cleaning staff in the hallways every day?! What I found most appalling was that the breakfast staff started clearing everything away at 9:50 a.m., even though breakfast is scheduled to last until 10:00 a.m. They also made the coffee machines unusable. Again, they were very unfriendly. To top it all off, we went for a drink at the bar in the evening. A 40cl beer costs €6.50!! What's that even about? This hotel is a complete no-go!! 👎🏻
