I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location right behind the train station is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. I would gladly stay here again.

My experience with the so called Pental hotel kassel was very horrible, the staffs and those dealing with reservations are very rude, lack customer relations experience to the point of been racist. I booked 2 days but unfortunately l fell sick 1day before check in. I spoke to the hotel and the reservation staffs about the current situation, these people are very aggressive and hostile lack empathy which is unusual for hospitality businesses, instead of resolving the issue, they blamed and insulted me by telling me it is my problem. Pls be careful 😟
