Sadly, this is far from a 5-star experience. The hotel feels incredibly run-down and dirty, and the service is very poor. The phone lines are rarely answered, making it difficult to get help when there are issues with the room. The furniture is stained, and there’s no complimentary water provided. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Checked in for 4 nights and very disheartened to make this review as my partner is an accor plus gold member for yearsssss sadly branded as part of one of the best hospitality umbrellas in the world but this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Dusts everywhere, mold in the bathroom! Used coffee pod has been placed back to the holder not to mention we’ve been given a heavily stained quilt! after multiple attempts to get our room cleaned properly… We were offered to move to another room on the 3rd night of our stay by another staff but with all the luggage and shopping we’ve got to pack up in the middle of the night it was just too inconvenient. Was told by their boss that “a little dust and mold here and there is not a problem in a guest’s point of view… I see no direct problem to get a refund” I was left speechless! so much for a 5 star hotel! Was never embarrassed as a guest ever in my life but I’m grateful for Peter, Andrew, Grace and Mara; the hotel staff for apologising for the said incident. I was very much distraught after being disrespected by their boss. Ps. The said boss was also rude to their receptionist after his staff attempted to ask for help to solve my problem. This boss said “I got to go to the airport! you got managers!” Basically saying your problem not mine, for a boss he sure knows how to treat his staff very well. Best of luck to this place. Never coming back here again neither go to their other 4 properties across the country.
