We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The staff were friendly & helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It is walking distance to many bars & restaurants. The beach is beautiful.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was positive, but one incident significantly impacted my final rating. A key factor in choosing the hotel was its amenities, particularly the pool area, located right next to the sea. On the evening before my day off, I found a notice in my room stating that the entire pool area would be reserved for a private event the following day and would be unavailable to guests. When I contacted the front desk to request alternative accommodations, the staff member on duty, unfortunately, was unable to offer any solutions other than the public beach. This approach was puzzling, as it failed to take into account the preferences of guests who had specifically chosen a hotel with a pool. The situation was resolved only after I formally filed a written complaint with management. I would like to express my gratitude for the complimentary apology from the hotel. However, it seemed as if the third-party event was prioritized over the comfort of guests who had booked and paid for their stay in advance. I believe guests should be informed of such restrictions in advance, offering adequate compensation or an alternative, rather than being forced into a fait accompli. Key Points: • Positives: ◦ The hotel restaurant delighted with excellent service and high-quality food. ◦ High level of service from the staff and the quality of daily housekeeping. ◦ Management responded promptly to my written request. • Areas for Improvement: ◦ Communication Policy: Guests were not promptly informed about the closure of key relaxation areas. ◦ Safety: The bathroom design in room 215 seemed unsuitable and potentially unsafe upon exit, which may be challenging for some guests. The hotel has great potential, and I hope my feedback will be taken into account to improve service quality and prevent similar situations in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Although the weather was not nice, we enjoyed our stay thanks to a suite room upgrade granted by the hotel with a superb sea view balcony equipped with a Jacuzzi. Another Jacuzzi was in the room. Staff was very polite and professional.
