It was our first time here, but we were completely satisfied. The receptionist took our request into account. They were very polite, even though we arrived late at night, but check-in was quick and easy, our room was heated. Perhaps, if I want to add something, it is that the sauna was not in usable condition. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. We will probably come back, only then we will bring our dog with us. You can relax in a quiet and peaceful environment away from the noise of the city! We would gladly recommend it to others.

It was terrible. I arrived at 7:30 PM. The cafe was open, but they said they couldn't feed me because they had no food. I don't recommend it! It's far from the center, but that's okay. The place is cool, but the fact that the cafe can't feed me is just a dead end.

The accommodation would have been fine in principle: although chalet 428 was much more worn than it looked in the pictures, and unfortunately we couldn't use the sauna because it wasn't switched on, we could have accepted these. The breakfast was delicious, and we were completely satisfied with that. The biggest problem, however, was that the accommodation is advertised as a quiet, peaceful, nature-friendly retreat – and that's exactly why we chose it. Due to an underlying illness, I am particularly sensitive to loud noises and music, so peace and quiet are of utmost importance to me. On the other hand, unfortunately, my biggest nightmare came true that night: the minimal/techno party of the century was being held in the chalet next door, with a brutal subwoofer, right next to us. Since it was a full house, they couldn't provide another chalet. We called the reception several times, where they very kindly told us each time that music shouldn't be allowed anymore, because it's a disturbance after 10 pm, and that they would take action. Indeed, when the guard arrived, the music would sometimes stop, but as soon as he left, it would start all over again. The subwoofer was still playing at 1am. The scariest part was when someone tried to get into our chalet twice in the early hours of the morning. I was completely terrified and ended up not sleeping a minute that night. I know that this is not entirely the fault of the accommodation, and it was obvious that they were trying to help, but I still feel that the advertised peace and security was unfortunately completely lacking. I am very sorry, because we were expecting a much more peaceful experience.
