I'm sorry to have to write the following, but I'm doing so after having communicated everything to the managers/owners in person. Compared to last year, around the same time, we noticed a decline in the quality of the resort. Upon check-in, we found the room filthy with spiders, cobwebs, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was dirty. The front door, just opening and closing it, would have woken up half the resort. The fridge contained only a small bottle of water that needed to be shared between two people. The ceiling light, as soon as you turned it on, had to be turned off immediately because it made an annoying noise. The room heating didn't turn on when the card was inserted (but we'll leave this out as a flaw; all you had to do was select "on" on the display).

In January, I treated my partner to a spa treatment at this facility in Balestrate. I opted for the Egesta Wellness Rituals package (60 minutes) + 40-minute massage. The spa is intimate and cozy, and the bathroom is small and clean. A personal locker provides a bathrobe, towel, and slippers. Even though I had booked a non-private treatment, we ended up being alone and were able to enjoy all the facilities in complete tranquility. The sauna and Turkish bath are very small, so I wonder how it would have been if there had been other guests. The sensory shower allows you to choose between different types of water jets, including hot and cold. The central tub also allows you to adjust the waterfalls for neck pain and the hydromassage. At the far end of the room is the relaxation area, where you can sit on soft cushions and enjoy a tea, herbal tea, or refresh yourself with water and cucumber (always available throughout the entire process). In my opinion, the background music should be played more to create a more relaxing atmosphere. After this time, they asked us to move to the room where we were supposed to have the massage. Small, warm, and enveloping, we were welcomed and pampered by Alessandra and her husband. Our compliments to them because they truly conveyed the tranquility we were seeking and the passion with which they do this work. Overall, the experience was positive... also because, I repeat, even though we didn't want to, it was as if we had a private wellness program (had there been other guests, I don't know if it would have been the same). In any case, we thank you for everything and hope to see you again soon!
