Well... We rented apartment 3324 on the 33rd floor. The entrance is on the left; it's not a hotel. The apartment itself was fine, but for some reason, ants would occasionally appear. We lived in Sri Lanka for six months, so we weren't surprised by critters, but here it was more of a different story. Renovations would regularly start at 8 AM in the apartment directly above us, and sometimes across the street. Without noise-canceling headphones, it was impossible to sleep. We tried to talk to the tenants (if there were any) or the construction workers through the landlady, but to no avail. An elderly couple lived in the apartment next to us. They had also rented an Airbnb apartment, but not for a week like us, but for three months. They hadn't received a refund despite the situation, but according to the man, other nearby apartments had. We weren't offered that option, but we were too lazy to move anywhere, because... It was time to leave soon, and the owner tried to be quite helpful. Besides, as everyone is saying, there really is a problem with the elevators. The buttons are terrible; it's often hard to tell if they've been pressed, so you might end up going to the wrong place and then have to wait forever for your turn. They also arrive very strangely. Otherwise, everything is fine. There's a small store right downstairs and private parking—10,000 VND/day.
