Le Vincent Hotel was likely a solid choice in its early days, but at this point it feels noticeably overdue for a serious refresh. Time has not been especially kind to the property, and the wear shows in ways that go beyond mere aesthetics. The most concerning issue is visible black mold on the ceiling, which is not just unpleasant but potentially problematic particularly for guests with allergies or compromised immune systems. Maintenance overall appears inconsistent, and non-functioning televisions only add to the sense that basic upkeep isn’t keeping pace. Communication can also be challenging, as the language barrier makes addressing concerns or requests more difficult than it should be. While the staff seem well-meaning, resolving issues often requires patience and lowered expectations. On the positive side, the location is undeniably convenient being close to the night market and the riverside, making it appealing for short stays focused on exploring the area. That said, under the current conditions, Le Vincent is best suited for a night or two at most. With investment and attention, this hotel could reclaim its former appeal. For now, travelers should weigh the excellent location against the need for comfort, maintenance, and health considerations.

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you again! The hotel is well located for visiting places, although some of the surrounding streets are not recommended. Good value for money and a spacious room with a balcony. The air conditioning and bathroom worked well, and the bedding was adequate.

Fantastic hotel. The management are very considerate, friendly and appreciative. They were flexible for me and I greatly appreciate the Cambodian hospitality. The proximity to the city centre is also great!
