Had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Kensington. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth. Great location in Kensington, close to public transport, shops, and attractions like Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, some great pubs, restaurants, Marks & Spencer is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for both short and long stays in London. Ideal for couples, family or if someone is travelling solo. Book in advance for better price. We will be back again.

We've stayed at the Phoenix Hotel several times now and would happily return. For us, the price-performance ratio is excellent, which isn't always the case in London. The rooms are clean and generally well-maintained. While some of the furnishings show signs of use (minor wear and tear), the overall cleanliness is good. A major plus for us is the beds: the mattresses haven't sagged yet, so we've always slept well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate, and the coffee is particularly delicious. The location is ideal for city breaks, as the Underground station is within easy walking distance. If you're looking for a solid, clean place to stay at a fair price, this is the place for you.

I stayed at this hotel on my own during the Christmas period and found the price very reasonable for that time of year. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was newly renovated and spotless. There is also a nice common lounge area, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was typically British – good, but not outstanding. The service, however, was excellent: very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.
