It's a daily room with a reasonable price. There's a restaurant that serves made-to-order food and a small convenience store. It's suitable for people on a budget.

(PORTUGUESE and ENGLISH below) A SUMMARY OF EVERYTHING I WILL WRITE BELOW: "SMELLY, MOLDY AND NOISY." (WE DO NOT RECOMMEND) - The hotel smells of mold, from the reception to the rooms. (Rhinitis and sinusitis attack as soon as you arrive, and cause itching all over the body) - Dirty, stained and moldy floors and walls. - Air conditioning: MERCY! (Besides the smell, it attacks the nose and makes an infernal noise when you or other guests turn on the AC; it makes a lot of noise for a long time, imagine the sound of a jet engine in your ear all day and night.) - There are missing elevator buttons for some floors. - Night shift staff (male) turn off the WIFI. (During the night the STAFF turns off the WIFI for no reason at all) - Showers are old and broken. (The showerhead doesn't work and leaks cold water from the pipes) -The sink and shower water smell and taste bad, it smells like old water, a dirty well, in short, it stinks and tastes bad. -There is no toilet paper/soap/shampoo/conditioner. -The balcony is dirty and has rats. (We constantly saw and heard rats fighting.) -There is no room service, nor water replenishment. -Among other things. POSITIVE SIDE OF THE HOTEL: -In front of the hotel there is a stall with delicious food; as soon as you arrive or leave the hotel you are already in front of the stall. The cooks are super friendly, serve very tasty food and are super cheap; it was our favorite part of this stay. -Quiet and peaceful location. -Staff during the day are helpful. -Nearby establishments. -Laundry, Tattoo Studio, Convenience Store and restaurant all in the same building, which is very convenient. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- A SUMMARY OF EVERYTHING WRITTEN BELOW: ""STINKY, MOLDY, AND NOISY."" (WE DO NOT RECOMMEND) Negative Points: -The hotel stinks of mold, from the reception area up to the rooms. (Rhinitis and Sinusitis flare up immediately upon arrival, and it causes body itchiness.) -Floors and walls are dirty, stained, and covered in mold. -Air conditioning is HORRIBLE. (In addition to the stench, it attacks the nose and makes an infernal noise when you or other guests turn the AC on. It makes a loud noise for a very long time—imagine the sound of an airplane turbine in your ear all day and night.) -Missing buttons in the elevator for some floors. -Night shift Staff (male) turns off the WIFI. (During the night, the Staff switches off the WIFI for no reason.) -Showers are old and broken. (The showerhead doesn't work and cold water leaks through the pipes.) -Sink and shower water has a bad smell and taste (smelling like old water, a dirty well—in short, it stinks and tastes bad.) -No essential supplies: No toilet paper / Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner provided. -Balcony is dirty and has rats. (We constantly saw and heard rats fighting.) -Room service does not exist, nor is there water replenishment. -Among others. Positive Side of the Hotel: -Delicious street food stall in front: Right outside the hotel entrance there is a delicious food stall. The cooks are super friendly, serve very tasty and super cheap food. This was our favorite part of the entire stay. -Quiet and peaceful location. -Day Staff are helpful. (Day Staff: Nice, nice! / Night Staff: No Wifi) -Nearby establishments: Laundry service, Tattoo Studio, Convenience store, and a restaurant all in the same building, which is quite convenient.

Stayed for 2 days for 397 baht per night, excluding VAT. The final bill was 850 baht. The room wasn't as advertised, but acceptable. But the room smelled musty. The pillowcases, sheets, and blankets were filthy, as if they hadn't been washed. There were no towels provided. The room also smelled musty. The water heater didn't work. The toilet seat wouldn't lift. The building was quite rundown. The hallways and elevators were dirty and dusty. There were a lot of monthly renters, and they were loud and noisy. Husband and wife were arguing and yelling at each other. The whole place was a complete mess. The shophouses were small. Parking was hard to find. The alley was narrow and deep at the end of the alley. There was a lot of traffic. Fortunately, there were plenty of food stalls and the price was reasonable. The only good thing about this building was the cold air conditioning and the refrigerator was good. (And there were no ghosts.) I've stayed at other places for the same price, but they were clean. The housekeepers cleaned the room and changed the pillowcases every day.
