The hotel is nice and easy to find. The breakfast is delicious. It's clean. Only the swimming pool is a bit run-down; there's a lot of grit when swimming. Overall, the experience was okay. They offer motorbike rental (those who smoke will have to refrain 😁) to smoke outside, otherwise they'll fine you 2 million VND (the room rate).

The hotel is relatively nice for the area. All the reception staff, front desk managers, and lounge staff were cheerful and friendly, except for Trung, the bellman. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels and resorts before, but I've never encountered such terrible staff (bellman) behavior as here. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the staff training was terrible. The staff acted flippantly, mimicking guests' actions in an impolite and inaccurate way. When asked directly why they acted that way, I didn't receive an apology, but instead got the answer, "I was just joking with my friend." Does this mean the management allows staff to joke and be flippant during working hours? The incident involved me asking permission to take photos with my personal camera. Another person (whose role is unclear) explained the regulations, and I understood, so both sides were happy. However, the bellman, Trung, then acted disrespectfully and inappropriately towards customers in what is supposed to be a professional environment. I hope the hotel will take action to correct this behavior, retrain staff, and ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to communicate with customers in a professional manner.

I had the opportunity to stay here for one night. The location is convenient and bustling, the hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel even provides a list of recommended places to eat, which is fantastic.
