Good hotel for a week in the sun. Beautiful swimming pools and separate sports area with padel court, tennis court and a slide park. Beautiful house reef for snorkeling and diving. Food good, but after a few days you notice that there is not much variety. Furthermore, just good food and breakfast is also extensive. You can also eat at a number of other restaurants, but you must make a reservation. Diving school is also right next to the hotel and they have a wonderful spa. Three massages were available for a good price after a bit of negotiation. Everything looks neat and tidy. The part that belongs to Palace is better than the other two hotels that belong to the same organization and share the same park and facilities.

This is the only hotel abroad in Poland where I have been twice. In February 2023 and October 2024. A little changed between the first and second visits. In 2024, we saw a beautiful new swimming pool complex with slides for adults and children. Coffee for breakfast is now served from a espresso machine, not from a poor machine. There are more local dishes for lunch and dinner. The WiFi range in the Palace area has increased noticeably. The number of Poles in the entire complex has probably increased by several hundred percent in a year and a half. The snorkeling area has also increased several times. Currently, it is probably a 200m route along the reef from the right pier to the shore exit at the hotel next door. It's great and you can find a quiet place there to observe and film what's underwater. Overall, the food was varied, good and very good. Unfortunately, the pans on which the chefs fry various omelets, pancakes, etc. in front of customers look like they come from the 20th century. And since then, they have been used intensively every day... This has not changed since 2023. Such equipment is a great shame for the hotel. The rooms are Egyptian standard. Clean, cleaned every day. Sometimes there are some imperfections, crooked tiles or joints, but nothing catastrophic. Everything works and if not, faults are quickly removed. We didn't encounter any unpleasant surprises or faults, but other customers we met said that there was no problem even with changing rooms. The service does not charge one dollar and tries its best to make customers happy. The beds are very comfortable with rather hard mattresses. It depends on the room because the first time they were harder than the second time. A big advantage is that the hotel has direct access to the port and the town of Port Ghalib. You are not forced to stay only in a hotel or take a bus trip. You can also take a walk along the beach, or rather along the shore, behind the hotel to the left. I will probably come there again someday.
