It was a great experience here in Pillows Hotel. Good service and the staffs are friendly! I would like to give thanks and appreciation to Miss Nicole and others who helped me in carrying my orders to surprise my boyfriend 😆💗. Happy Birthday to him! The place was not that noisy yet close to malls and others. A great place and reason to come and stay in cebu.

This is the worst hotel i ever booked. The room that we had was smells like a newly paint. The complimentary water was empty, I already ask the staff for the refill but no actions were taken. The bathroom towels was almost like a rug, it was dirty white that supposed to be white. Their tissue paper that will be refill needs to be pay. There is no options for the deposit only cash basis. They requested my valid Id upon checking but they did not return it to me. NO ONE bother to contact me just to inform it was on their possession. I am the one who call them just to ask if it was there and no option or compensation offered. They just called me back when I say that I will file a complaint for the bad experience.I booked their hotel ahead of time and contact them for some request but nobody bother to answer it. It was unpleasant experience that nobody shall experience.

We paid almost 15000 pesos for two nights here. Though, this was during Sinulog. However, there is 0 reason it should cost this much. It's a budget hotel at 1.5 stars in terms of facilities, room features and everything. It's listed as a 3 star... It is not. It needs maintenance and better cleaning practices. There are clumps of hair everywhere. From the lobby to our room on check in. We found hair and a dead cockroach just right on the floor showing they didn't really sweep. There were maggots crawling on the floor of the garage bathroom. And the sound proofing is almost non existent. We were on the 6th floor and could hear everything outside so loudly. The staff were kind though. At $25 usd or so, and with better cleaning, this could be a good budget hotel. If it's listed for more than that go elsewhere.
