We really wanted to be satisfied, but unfortunately, we had an extremely bad experience. 1. On the first day, we wanted to have a drink at the Sunset Bar, which is open for most of the day, but it was extremely crowded. Finding a place to sit was almost impossible. Even if we found a place, there was incredible noise because there were so many people in the same area. 2. Most of the staff were quite grumpy. Except for the curly-haired staff at Sunset and the long-haired staff in the restaurant, nobody seemed to want to work. They were constantly sighing and grumbling or looking elsewhere so that we wouldn't order anything. 😂 3. We chose the hotel specifically for the indoor pool and spa, but this is definitely not a place to come for that. The spa area was neglected. The steam room was in terrible condition, and even the sauna door wouldn't close. You also have to listen to people shouting at the door. 4. The indoor pool was very dirty. We couldn't use it when we saw it on the first day and reported the situation to the reception. The staff said that the pool was "constantly cleaned with a circulation system," but pool cleaning isn't limited to that. Furthermore, it was specifically mentioned that the pool was "treated with chemicals," as if it were a huge deal; this struck us as quite funny. Of course, it will be treated with chemicals and the bottom will be cleaned. There was hair everywhere in the pool, and it looked very dirty overall. We've never seen this, even in huge complexes and hotels. 5. The most important issue for us: We booked this for the off-season, to relax. However, the hotel had booked a group event of approximately 150 people for two days. In such a situation, either the entire hotel should be closed and no more guests should be accepted, or at least we should be informed in advance. This is unacceptable. For two days, it was like being at a wedding. Children running around aimlessly throughout the night, people banging on doors… This gave the impression that the hotel makes no distinction between events and accepts everything. That's why our experience was truly terrible. 6. I don't know who would think of putting flat Fanta syrup instead of orange juice at breakfast, but this surprised us quite a bit. 7. Everything in the hotel closes very early. Even the gym closes at 7 PM. 😂 Thank you also for changing the mealtime due to Group 8 and not informing us. The location is very nice, but we will definitely not choose this place again.

We made plans for New Year's Eve with six family friends, but the process from arrival at the hotel to getting to our rooms was extremely problematic. No one greets you at the entrance; you simply receive your key and have to find your room on your own. We came because a friend of ours had a positive experience, but we were not satisfied. The staff, especially in the dining hall, looked grumpy and weary, which was evident to everyone. Yes, every job has its difficulties, and they are working intensely, but people save up or take out loans to plan a New Year's Eve celebration. The service they receive shouldn't be met with grumpy faces or inadequate service in the rooms. The TV in the room wasn't working. When you requested water, you were told you had to go get it yourself. When you ask if you can get a hotter version of the food at dinner, you get negative responses from the staff, as if they're all the same. Furthermore, as someone who doesn't like or consume meat at all, even when I asked for an alternative pastry, I found out it contained turkey without any details being given. Since we were friends, it was nice to spend time together, but unfortunately, I have to say I was very dissatisfied with the hotel experience. I recommend you think twice before going. The price might be different for someone who chose a front table for the New Year's Eve theme, or for someone who wanted a sea view from their room, but at least the general price range for a two-day New Year's Eve themed stay was between 25,000 and 40,000 TL, and the service received was not commensurate with the amount paid, as only one night was dedicated to the New Year's Eve theme. We thought there would be another event the next day reflecting the New Year's spirit, but unfortunately, we didn't see that either. Even the grilled meats were served raw, the sausages were also raw, which was very upsetting. As an animal lover, I'd like to add that what caught my attention at the hotel was the large number of cats and dogs. However, I'm very curious about where all the leftover food goes; is it given to these animals? Because they are skin and bones. More than the sea view, what struck me was the abundance of food and the fact that the animals roaming in the garden were so weak and injured.
