A very nice hotel, suitable for families, with good pools. The gym leaves much to be desired, but other attractions are okay. The food is very good, the service is great. The only downside is that the area and the hotel itself are mostly Russians, and everyone is focused on serving Russian-speaking tourists.

We were a group of 12 people from Germany and Russia. It was a family reunion. The hotel pleasantly surprised us; it was very family-friendly, with delicious food (except for the sushi). The food was varied, and we particularly enjoyed the meat and fish, the cakes, the various salads, and the fruit. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English and Russian, some only English, but fewer spoke German. The guests were from the former Soviet Union, Poland, Germany, and France. The hotel was comfortably furnished, but it was a bit noisy in the evenings until 11 p.m. due to the so-called evening program. However, we participated in some of the activities and enjoyed it. The surroundings are incredibly romantic, with mountains and sea combined. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and has its own sun loungers, bar, and restrooms. I received excellent support from the administrator, Dascha, and the spa manager, Natalia—thank you so much! I plan to come back again and stay for a few more weeks. The prices are also reasonable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
