The service here was amazing. When I was planning my fiancé’s birthday they were so very helpful with preparing our room and dinner reservations for the big day!! All the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The roof top pool had amazing views of the ocean and stunning views of the sunsets. The room was very spacious and had its own washer and dryer. The balcony also had its own BBQ. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

Units are a bit dated. Location is great. Dated processes/policies, they put a wrist band on you and expect you to wear it all the time, you have to cut it off so you would need to wear it even when not on property.

The Pinnacle was in a great location and we were put into the Pinnacle 220. The staff was great except the waiters on the rooftop pool area were very rude. I had a couple of friends who were staying at the pinnacle 180 and the waiters wanted cash so they could use the pool. When they did not get the amount of cash that they wanted they harassed them. They basically wanted cash under the table!They also would add extra items on your bill that you did not order. Please check your bill upon leaving the rooftop bar! Especially be aware of Alexis. He is the waiter. Again the location was great and condos were nice.
