I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very good experience. The location is perfect, between two stops on Tram Line 1 and just a few steps away from the Egyptian Bazaar, which made getting around very easy. The welcome was warm and the staff were very pleasant, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a bit small, but since we only used it to sleep, it was absolutely fine. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding was of good quality. Breakfast was excellent and very varied, with options for all tastes. The only downside was the spa, especially the spa reception employee (Tunisian), who was quite unpleasant. She tried to tell us that the hammam was not included and had to be paid for, even though it was clearly included in the hotel services. She then tried to discourage us from using the facilities by saying that the pool water was very cold and that we wouldn’t be able to swim, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good and I would still recommend it for its location, cleanliness, and overall service.

I'm deliberately giving 5 stars so that the review appears at the top. The staff, especially the receptionist, whose accent clearly indicated she was of foreign origin, was extremely arrogant, lacked manners, and was incredibly rude. Their attitude was worse than kicking guests out. It was a worthless experience; I absolutely do not recommend it. As GM GLOBAL TURİZM OTOMOTİV LMTD ACENTESİ, we will never again purchase accommodation at this hotel. I bring this to the attention of the management. Such incompetent staff, especially the receptionist, only cause harm and contribute nothing to the hotel.

On December 27, 2025, at 5:30 PM, when I brought my guest to the aforementioned hotel, at my guest's request, I explained that she has an adult daughter and requested a better room from the receptionist, whom I suspected was a foreigner based on her accent. The receptionist responded in a harsh tone, saying they didn't have a good room available because all rooms were full due to the New Year's holiday, acting as if to say, "Stay or leave." Despite having a reservation, she initially claimed we didn't have one, then later confirmed we did. When I requested to speak to someone in authority, she repeatedly insisted she was the only one with the necessary information. I repeatedly requested to speak with the hotel manager, but was told no manager was available, and received only rude and dismissive responses. If there is an authorized person available, I kindly request that the hotel provide training to the receptionist to teach her how to properly interact with guests. As GLOBAL TURİZM LMTD COMPANY, I hope the necessary action will be taken.
