We had booked a room for four, with two double beds, for three nights. 1/ Upon arrival (11 p.m.), we were told that our assigned room (with a view of the Strip) wasn't ready and wouldn't be until the next day. So we were given another room for the first night... 2/ We went to this room and it was a disaster: it hadn't been cleaned, there was trash everywhere, the beds weren't made, and the bins were overflowing... 3/ We went back to reception. We were given a new room, supposedly better, since it was a suite. The problem: there was only one king-size bed! We were told someone would come to bring two rollaway beds... 4/ After a 40-minute wait, the first bed was brought in. The employee wasn't aware that a second bed was needed... So we waited another 15 minutes... The beds they brought were really basic; there weren't even sheets or duvets, just a very thin, rough blanket... 5/ The next day, we changed rooms to the one we were originally assigned. We were given a $50 voucher to spend at one of the hotel restaurants as compensation for the inconvenience. In short, even though the staff was very friendly, there's clearly an organizational and communication problem at this hotel, which somewhat spoiled the start of our stay in Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful room with a fantastic view of the pool area. The room was exactly as booked and a great size. Check-in was relatively quick – although we did arrive late at night. Unfortunately, the reception staff weren't particularly friendly. Even on another day, when we had a question, and also at check-out, the receptionist seemed listless and unfriendly. However, all the other hotel staff were very friendly, and we always greeted them as we passed. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the towels were changed frequently. The central location makes the hotel particularly attractive, and we would gladly stay here again.
