The hotel is in a superb location, clean, and the service is very good. The rooms and bathroom are adequate, although they are starting to show their age, but they are still cozy. The breakfast is very complete, with good value for money. The staff speaks several languages, including Spanish. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but it has an agreement with the parking garage in Place du Capitole (a one-minute walk from the hotel) that gives you a 50% discount on parking at the end of your stay. 24 hours of parking costs approximately €17. And honestly, it's well worth it to avoid the hassle of parking (important in Toulouse). From the hotel, you can easily walk to the city center, and wandering through those beautiful streets is very interesting. I would definitely return. The only personal recommendation I would make is to replace the bathtubs with showers. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Avoid at all costs!!! When I read the reviews, I wonder if people actually stayed at this hotel??? I've never seen such a dirty hotel… from the moment you arrive, there are very unpleasant food smells in the lobby. At reception, a young woman in a down jacket slumped on her stool, absolutely unfriendly! The room was very large, admittedly, with a carpet full of stains, and the bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor! Two mini shampoos in the bathroom presented as luxury toiletries… a bathtub equipped with a small hand shower—no shower… no slippers… a coffee machine but no coffee pods… something's not right here… this hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars! The rooms are incredibly noisy… I found absolutely no redeeming qualities in this hotel; even the location, which is rather central, is a nightmare because access to Toulouse city center by car is very difficult! To top it all off, what they sell as breakfast resembles a cheap cafeteria where you struggle to find cups, plates, and glasses! No service or friendliness from the staff… you’ll find a few pieces of frozen baguette to eat instead of bread and tap water… a real scandal!
