My comment is that a very rude and uncooperative customer service representative named Hernández, who was waiting for me to come and take my complaint, never showed up. It's truly unacceptable that all the other hotel staff treat you wonderfully while this gentleman is so rude. If you have security cameras, you can check the footage, and I remain at your service for any further clarification. Perhaps nothing will come of it, but just in case.

THE BAD: -The key/card for room access didn't work; it was a struggle every time! -Every day at 7:00 am (or earlier), the workers start making an unbearable amount of noise, moving things, pulling carts with materials, putting away dishes, etc., and you can hear it all in the rooms! Obviously, that wakes you up immediately 😠 terrible!!!! -A cockroach trying to get into the room, of course. -The beach is very ugly (it's not like the photos), and it's not suitable for children because it's open ocean. -The facilities are old in general. -There's no internet service in the rooms, and it doesn't even pick up a signal from your own data; you're completely cut off! -Like any budget hotel, they play their music at full volume all day long. THE GOOD POINTS: -They have a coffee shop if you fancy a cappuccino. -The waiters are friendly. -The food isn't too bad. -They keep the pool area next to the restaurant clean. I know it's a budget hotel, but honestly, there are several things that are definitely terrible!
