A highly unsatisfactory experience. We stayed during a babymoon, and the service was poor from the moment we arrived. We were made to wait several hours just to receive a temporary wristband. The pools were dirty and cold; the "infinity pool" did not live up to its advertising, and any additional consumption incurred extra charges. The room was given to us late, overlooked a hallway, smelled bad, and had cockroaches. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Room service is poor, and food delivery to the room is contingent on a 15-20% tip. The sky bar is mediocre; the access stairs had a strong smell of vomit. The shows are basic, and to get a table, you are required to buy expensive bottles that are not worth the price. The overall logistics are disorganized and lacking in empathy, even considering that one guest was pregnant. A neglected and poorly managed hotel. We would not return under any circumstances.

It's a nice hotel from the outside, it has guest parking, although if it's busy it fills up and you'll have to look for a spot if you have your own car. The parking attendants/bellhops are friendly. Check-in was quick and the young man was quite helpful, but a major issue is that they don't inform guests about the meal times for lunch, dinner, breakfast, or pool activities. There's a lot of missing information at check-in. Unfortunately, the room we were given had a leaky shower drain on the side. I reported it, but it was never addressed by maintenance. It's an old hotel, so it needs a lot of upkeep. The food is good and varied, as are the drinks. The waiters are very friendly, with a few exceptions. The guys who work the bar tend to cater more to Americans because of the tips. I had to go to the bar several times because no one offered us any. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price. The beach is lovely. I also went with my 5-year-old son, and he had a great time. Note that there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Terrible service from their accounts receivable department. Their manager, "Eli," was incredibly unprofessional and rude. As a company, we made an overpayment, which they formally agreed would be refunded by November 13th. After that, they gave two deposit dates, but neither was honored. They hung up on us during our last call and have since stopped answering. When we ask for help from other departments, they wash their hands of it. The administrative staff also provided extremely poor service. I will never send employees to work with them again, honestly!
