I read the owner tells everyone a liar on reviews. But i tried this place myself and i see it’s really the worst place with impolite owner. NOT CLEAN at all. They just want money for every small thing . Also they come in your room without your permission. And they tell you it’s their policy to clean everyday and nothing is clean again . So their policy only is not respecting your privacy. Just the location is behind the black beach. That’s all. Nothing worth it. Too overpriced. And not clean. Impolite owner who is so much on nerve and makes you uncomfortable.

The studios are very well maintained, equipped with air conditioning. The managers are friendly. Fridge, kitchen, everything is there for a pleasant stay in Santorini. Studio close to the Black Beach and the lively areas of Perissa

There really is no worse accommodation!! Unfortunately I can't give a zero out of five stars! It has probably not been cleaned for years, dust, dirty sheets, pillowcases, dirty and very narrow sofa ''bed'', a door that has an opening that insects can enter and floors with holes. In general, unacceptable! And worst of all, the owner is rude and did not return the money that we had deposited before going to the accommodation and we did not stay there after seeing what it was like up close, i.e. awful.... There were broken clay tiles outside, the wall was corroded... DON'T BE FOOLED, THE PHOTOS HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH REALITY, COMPLETELY MISLEADING!!!!
