The property is located a short distance from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very nice and cozy. Everything was perfect. There's even a small pool.

Wonderful hotel! It's located just steps from the Plitvice Lakes tourist destination! The owners are very kind and friendly. They gave our dog a wonderful welcome. A relaxing place, and you can sleep well in the middle of the woods. I highly recommend it! Congratulations!

Bad recommendation After we found this hotel in a travel guide as a recommendation for a day trip to Plitvice Lakes, we booked it. A mistake. The location is convenient for access to the park, but completely remote from any other activities. The veranda in the room was particularly well-received in reviews, so we booked it. Upon arrival, we were given a room without a balcony, which we could only reach via a staircase. Upon entering, we were greeted by an unpleasant fecal odor. Our complaint was dismissed with the explanation that there was no alternative because a bus was booked. The note that a veranda was listed in the description of our room was dismissed with the explanation that it was not private and that a public veranda was available. Just to add: you can actually use the restaurant there if you don't want to drive any longer. The service was attentive, but overwhelmed by the bus. You wouldn't want to enjoy the food a second time. Although we had booked two nights, we left after one. No goodwill was forthcoming. Conclusion: It's better to take a closer look at recommendations and look for another hotel.
