I recommend bringing your own hairdryer. The heating here is even stronger than a hairdryer.

The location is very convenient; it's a 5-minute walk to the station and just two stops to Kansai Airport. The owner was very thoughtful, informing us a few days ago that we had a group of guests and were worried about noise, even asking if we wanted to change accommodations. Since we were only staying one night, we told the owner to keep our current accommodation. To be honest, the soundproofing isn't terrible. Children playing inevitably make some footsteps, but other sounds are practically inaudible once the door is closed. I was completely undisturbed and slept soundly until morning. Check-in is self-service. The owner sent detailed check-in information a few days in advance, including the key and mailbox password, and responded promptly to any questions, so there was no worry about not being able to find it. The water pressure in the shower was very stable and strong, which was very comfortable. They also provided toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner (I loved that!). The check-in and check-out times were much more convenient. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit; it's fantastic!

The air conditioning was fine. There were days when only cold water was available in the shower. The Wi-Fi was as poor as reviews suggested. Specifically, YouTube LIVE frequently cut out and rewound, even at the lowest quality. It would be stressful to stay here for a long period of time. The use of stoves is prohibited in the kitchen. Only a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer are provided. The kitchen is unair-conditioned, so using it during the day was uncomfortable. I was told that disposable towels are only replenished on the fourth day for two people staying for three or more days. These towels are made of a nonwoven material, so repeated use is unlikely, so if you shower often, it's best to bring your own. There is a space to hang laundry at the back of the first floor. However, there is no washing machine, so laundry must be done in the sink. I hit my head on the hanging light by the second-floor staircase, so tall people should be careful. The cleaning staff comes around 9:00 AM. If you're in your room, you'll be automatically ignored. They're probably Chinese. The entrance was clean, but the carpet in the second-floor hallway was stained like it belonged to a nursing home. The tatami mats in the room were old, and if you sat on them, crumbs would get on your clothes. It was cheap, so I guess it was worth the price, but The weak Wi-Fi was a major problem, so I won't be coming back.
