Point Break Luxury Apartments

The location is convenient as it is close by to V&A and other cool hang out spots. The hotel lifts and hall ways have a bad smell, the lifts are dirty at times, dirty dishes laying around in the hall ways for long periods of time causing the area to smell. Our first room was flooded by the shower. The drain apparently doesn't work well, which wasn't communicated to us when checking in. Our room was changed where the toilet had a awful foul smell. The housekeeping in the first room came to clean up the water, wanted to see what's wrong with the drain and proceeded to use the knife from the kitchen to dig around the bathroom. Who knows what else they doing with the kitchen dishes and utensils. RECOMMEND NOT USING THE DISHES OR UTENSILS PROVIDED. When bringing up certain issues/concerns out to the receptionist (3 different ladies). All made it seem as if we at fault and seemed irritated. They are quite rude. SINE was the ONLY friendly front desk lady. No one greets you or assists besides her. They do not provide beach towels for going to the beach, which was NOT communicated in advance. Carry your own bags up the stairs to get to reception. Which was also NOT communicated that you will NOT receive any assistance. They dont clean the apartment, just get in take pictures as if they did and leave. Your same dirty, wet towels will be rolled up and put on the bed as if the are clean, fresh towels. When returning back to the room after a day out, hair which did not belong to either of us staying in the room was found in the toilet. WATER IN THE SHOWER DOES NOT GET HOT. BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION ALMOST EVERY MORNING AND NOTHING WAS DONE. OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ENJOY A BETTER STAY ELSEWHERE. P.s I know management will respond to this post saying how sorry they are and will try to improve. Don't waste your time typing here, use the time to rather better your services and receptionist attitude and all the other awful things at this place!!!!.

Firstly, the location is convenient, it’s close to V&A and other popular places. However, the rooms do not get cleaned thoroughly, they do not change towels or linen regularly and even on the days they were supposed to change it, we found our old, dirty towels were just folded and kept on our bed as if they’re clean. Additionally, the bathroom shower had a leak and they had to change our rooms, the new room had a foul smell in the toilet that lasted for a few days. They do not allow early check ins, they do not give out beach towels, and they DO NOT help you with your bags. So, be prepared to walk up a long flight of stairs with your luggage. We had to ask for permission to use the lift in the parking lot so that we could take all our bags outside. On the day we checked in, they did not allow us to check in, even though we booked and paid for an additional day that we did not stay as our flight was too early, and we waited FOR 6 HOURS for a cold shower that flooded our room. The service is not good and when you lay a complaint, you’re met with attitude.

A little earlier check in time would have been great. Otherwise loved it.
