I stayed at our hotel on November 23-24. I would like to thank the friendly and tolerant person who cleaned the room, the interns and regular employees working in the restaurant, and the friends who worked in the restaurant in the evening.

If you want your money to go to waste, book this hotel. But if you want a peaceful holiday, book a hotel with better management. Even though it was written on the website that there was a right to cancel 1 day in advance, the hotel number was called at 12 o'clock the day before (more then 24 hours) and a cancellation request was made, but they kept me waiting until 4 o'clock (22 hours before check in ) and sent me an e-mail at 4 o'clock and said that the process was over. They wrote that they would keep the 3-day payment I made, not just the first day, in their accounts unfairly. The hotel staff is extremely rude and careless. The 3-year-old child got sick so the trip was cancelled. This is a management that is so money-hungry and unscrupulous that they don't even care about this, and that doesn't care at all about guest satisfaction. However, I had informed them early and they could have sold that room online in 5 minutes. I'm also a hotelier, and if I were the salesperson there, I wouldn't have left the guest and the agency victim, and would have opened and sold that room online. The trip was canceled because my 3-year-old child got sick, so the management is so money-hungry and unscrupulous that they don't even care about this and don't care at all about guest satisfaction. However, I had informed them early in the morning and they could have sold that room online in 5 minutes. I am also a hotelier and if I were the salesperson there, I would have opened and sold that room online without causing any inconvenience to the guests and the agency.
