We stayed at Halloween. The hotel's location is very good, the facilities are spacious, but the thermostats for the room heating don't work very well, and the breakfast buffet is very complete, but the wait was too long, about 35 minutes to be able to sit down.

There were some niggles like no coffee facilities in you room. Breakfast from 8 then you can't get a coffee till 11am. Overall the hotel was decent and within walking distance to the beach and parks. Bare in mind though if you have small kids the pool ranges from deep to very deep. There is a splash pool for toddlers however our 6 year old was to big for this but to small for the main pool

Stayed at this hotel for a weeks holiday, as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. On arrival the hotel appeared clean and welcoming, however the lady/girl on reception was very keen to take our payment for the room taxes but not so keen on giving information about where to find the different areas of the hotel and was quite stand offish with us. The rooms were very spacious and again looked clean which on the whole they were but very dusty and we found popcorn and other rubbish in the top of the headboard!!! And the bed bases were dirty and could do with a good scrub!! The housekeeping staff did however make the beds and change the towels everyday and also gave my daughter extra pillows after being told by reception that they had no spare ones as the hotel was fully booked. As for the food, well it has to be the worst all inclusive I have ever been on for the food. Everything was sat in grease especially the cooked options for breakfast, the same choices were served nearly every night and the restaraunt managers refused to put 2 tables together for us when there wasn't one that would seat 6 altogether. The only decent food option were the crisps served at the indoor bar which my grandsons ate a lot of throughout the week. Very limited options for the all inclusive drinks selection and the cocktails came out of a machine with rather a lot of ice in them. Unfortunately we have all got home and we are itching from bites that have appeared gradually over the week which we think are possibly bed bugs!. The children's pool was dirty, cold and not in the sun at all so the children had to use the main pool which again was very very cold and as they are only 5 and 2 wasn't ideal when there was bigger kids and adults fooling around. The positives are that majority of staff were very polite and friendly and the gent on reception when we left was very helpful in helping us find out where our transfer was as it was very late. The 2 days at the theme park would be the highlight if the week. All in all we wouldn't go back to this hotel and certainly would not recommend to anyone.
