It's nice, but it's only 3 stars and not 4 (See outside of the building). Two of the photos are also almost surely not from this hotel. Some staff is very friendly. The gym is quite good. The rooms are good but not quite as fancy as the photos portray them to be. During off-season every restaurant in the vicinity is closed. When the reception calls a taxi they don't warn you (nor help you) to negotiate BEFORE taking the ride, result in fantasy prices. One of the shampoos was dilated with water (there were two and it was very obvious that they had different viscosities).

The building is in excellent condition, the service is impeccable at all levels, the food in the buffet is all very good and quick replenishment of what was empty. In general, it is something we would highly recommend. We don't discuss the view, a picture is worth a thousand words....
