The furniture didn't match and the sheets and quilt were grubby. They were clean but the room felt unkept and tired/old. I didn't enjoy the atmosphere of the room at all. Way too expensive for what you get. 🤔

I booked through OYO, and after discounts, I paid 408 baht. They didn't mention anything during check-in, but the next morning they charged me an extra 429 baht before I checked out. The accommodation is old and not very clean.

Terrible! Don't stay there! I encountered an elderly woman with a terrible attitude. It was a very upsetting experience. We booked through Agoda, but we called late to inquire about parking. We arrived in separate cars. She said only one car could be parked (in a very rude tone). We understood and tried to remain calm, but her attitude was unacceptable. She kept asking if we had a reservation, etc. We explained that we had booked through Agoda and were already there, but there was no parking available. She came to look and said only one car could be parked. We then asked if we could park one car inside the hotel grounds, and she said it would cost 200 baht. We were confused because parking inside the hotel is free; she insisted we park outside and only in one spot (again, in a very rude tone). We tried to be patient, explaining that we didn't know where else we could park. She then started yelling, saying our car wouldn't be towed, and that we had two cars. What infuriated us the most was her rude behavior. She even said, "Then cancel your reservation!!" (Extremely arrogant and disrespectful). My boyfriend and I decided not to stay there, and we didn't even get a refund. It was the worst experience ever. I've never encountered anyone so arrogant, indifferent, and unhelpful. And they even told us to cancel our reservation! Such terrible language. Don't come here! People like that don't know what they think of their customers. I booked this place because it's close to my workplace, and it was very late. At first, I didn't care about the reviews, but experiencing it firsthand was incredibly disappointing. They just don't care if people want to stay or not. 🙄
