Location is great, walkable distance to many bars and restaurants. The in house restaurant had great breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff responsive and friendly.

The hotel is very beautiful and all the staff without exception provide extraordinary service, but the room we were given had problems with its shower from the first night and on the last night the toilet failed

It's actually a very nice hotel, but I found their service a bit dishonest. I booked an airport transfer for a certain time, and at 11:30 pm they called to change the time. I couldn't refuse because it jeopardized my return flight, and at that hour you can hardly come up with a backup plan. I think it would have been better if they had told me during the day that there was no availability at my time instead of lying to me by saying there was, and then a few hours before, asking me to be ready at 7 am.
