I've heard that valentines is the worst day to take someone out on a date, and this place is proof of that. I've been calming down since Valentine's Day so that I can put this in plain words. We were seated at an unbalanced table with basically broken chairs next to the check out waiting area. We were served a yogurt and fruit salad with some greens, a cold pot roast, and dessert was a sort of broken cheese cake .. so awfully "Portland". God bless the staff that keep this place floating. And God bless my date for being so gracious and kind. Neither of us like to complain to staff because it's certainly not entirely their fault. Don't waste your dollars on a corporate sinkhole.

Front desk staff was rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. My wife arrived before me and was on the reservation but they wouldnt give her access to M lounge because I wasn’t there. I booked the reservation as titanium elite member. Guess status doesn’t matter and she is Gold. You would think business people who travel and stay loyal to a brand exceptions would be made. Guess not Marriott lost a loyal customer.

Had a really lovely stay here recently whilst looking at property opportunities. Location is perfect. Generally really good service and the rooms were as described. There was an occasional sense of disorganisation - but nothing that impeded or made the stay unpleasant.
