The most rude receptionist ever. Beyond disrespectful. We arrived and wanted to look around to se the faciities. We were told to to sit down and not look around. Repremanded like children. The Place is totally run down, Looks tired, the Entire Vibe is depressing. Not Tourist friendly.

The network and internet are terrible, constantly failing, and there's no signal or internet in the bedrooms. As for the cleaning service, when we arrived the house was tidy but not properly cleaned. The bedrooms are infested with ants and have a lot of mosquitoes, even with screens on the windows, I don't know why there are so many mosquitoes. We also found many belongings of the previous tenants, leading to the conclusion that the house is not properly cleaned. And the shower in one of the bedrooms broke because the screw was completely rotten. But otherwise, the pool is spectacular and it's adequate for a few days, considering the price it's okay.
