I would really recommend this place. I came with my aunt for a couple nights and the service was spectacular. They were so accommodating with everything. Even when my aunt lost her phone they offered to help. The drinks were good. The rooms were clean. The shower pressure was AMAZING. Also if it’s your first time visiting Porto, this is a great locations it is so close to everything. Max 15 min walk to the furthest sights. All the best restaurants are in this area. Great stay and it smelt great!!!

Excellent hotel in a central location. The lobby is modern and full of character, and the staff is friendly and speaks perfect English. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good overall soundproofing. Breakfast is varied and includes excellent products.

We made the reservation through the website, but upon arrival they put us in a room that looked more like a pantry, extremely small and uncomfortable. The reservation was made through the hotel's website, which made no mention of the small size of the room, only that it was an interior room, and the photos did not correspond at all to the room we were given. When we asked to change rooms, they claimed the hotel was full. Extremely unpleasant and misleading, I do not recommend it.
