Extremely stressful experience with mocking and rude staff We arrived with a baby after a long journey, tired and hungry, hoping simply to settle in and rest. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked us for more money than what was confirmed on our reservation. When I calmly asked where this additional charge was indicated on the platform, her attitude became condescending and mocking. After several minutes of insistence, she finally showed me a different total on a piece of paper. Although surprised by this discrepancy, I agreed to pay to avoid further complications. I simply mentioned that if the actual price had been correctly stated from the start, we probably would have booked elsewhere. To my astonishment, the receptionist then canceled the reservation without my consent, claiming we were “unsatisfied” and could not stay there. We never requested a cancellation; we simply wanted to pay and access our room. Shortly after, I received a notification stating that my card was invalid, which is completely false. She also tried to get me to sign a document claiming I had been aggressive, which is absolutely untrue. Suddenly finding myself without accommodation, with a baby, under these circumstances is extremely stressful and unacceptable. I recommend that future travelers carefully check all the details and remain vigilant. And avoid this appalling place!

The place was very welcoming, the customer service was amazing, the rooms were very nice and clean, there are common areas, a washer and dryer for an additional fee, and they also have maps which are very useful.

Friendly staff, you can use the kitchen, and the rooms are clean. You'll also be asked if you'd like housekeeping. I recommend a ground-floor room, but not the back one, as the toilet is against the wall there, which isn't convenient. Upstairs, the rooms are quite noisy, with neighbors and traffic. However, the top floor offers a beautiful view of the volcanoes.
