What can I say about this hotel? It's truly beautiful. It has everything you need for an incredible vacation. We stayed in the suite. The room has the best view of the beach. It has a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, truly beautiful and very modern. I loved that they provided chairs, umbrellas, and towels of excellent quality, which you can take to the beach. I loved that convenience. The breakfast is top-quality. I loved everything. The decor is truly beautiful, and the ocean-view lounge chairs are lovely and relaxing. Every night we would lie down and rest before going to sleep, listening to the sound of the waves. The service is excellent, the staff very attentive, and the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself is very thorough. I experienced a situation that I want to share with you, because we always give our opinions about the owners, not the guests. A woman who was staying with her family (they were coming for a vacation, she was Brazilian) checked in. When her daughter came in, she vomited all over the room. The lady left, grabbed her daughter, and pointed at the receptionist to clean it up. The guy, without saying anything and very kindly, cleaned up the girl's vomit, without even looking disgusted. The woman thought she was the center of the world and that it was the guy's obligation to clean up, which showed her attitude. While the guest clearly wasn't going to clean up, she could have asked him nicely and thanked him afterward. The point is, the staff was a bit too nice. He was a red-haired guy (Brazilian), I don't remember his name. On the other hand, and I discussed this with the receptionist. They should control the use of towels. I saw that in a family of five, all five people asked for towels and didn't use them on the beach across the street. They took them, and that didn't seem fair to me. Towels are for use on the beach across the street. I say this because when a family of three came and asked for just one, out of empathy, there weren't any left because others took advantage of it. Another thing I liked is that it's right in the center; you don't have to drive to go shopping; everything is close at hand. And on the other side, you cross the street and you'll see the ocean, a beauty. The view from the pool on the terrace is amazing; we really enjoyed the attention, and we felt very good about the service. If life allows, I'll return. P.S.: They have parking; it's first-come, first-served. P.S.: They have food service on the beach. We ordered food, and it was delicious. It's good quality, and they bring it to you right there on the beach. You don't have to get up. And if you don't want to pay right away, you can ask them to charge it to your room. P.S.: The personal hygiene products are of very good quality. PS: They have a minibar in the room.

Great reception, we were well received, the breakfast is very good.
