Room 109, Cedro, is located in a basement, with entrances through two disused rooms. To get through the night, we used our cell phone flashlights. Before entering, there's an outdoor area with exposed wires and pipes, loose plywood, stored furniture, and a staircase leading to a very dirty place with a stove, gas cylinder, and several pots and pans. The room is large and well-structured, but the area where the desk is located is dark because they didn't install a light fixture, and there's a loose wire there. The bathroom is very large but lacks external ventilation; it has an exhaust fan, and a row of glass tiles on the ceiling means everything can be heard in the adjacent bathroom. They informed us that there were no rooms available to change to. The next day, the bathroom flooded completely; the shower stall is at the same level, and just one shower was enough to create 2 cm of water. They had no more excuses, and we were moved to room 138, smaller but very good. There is no room service, the restaurant is 200m away, the service staff are kind and inform you that there is no room service, but if you want they can get you something, which is awkward. There's a lack of training in the confusing breakfast area, which does have variety. The hotel is very well located, but with deficient service and zero charm, the reception area is poorly signposted, the pool is in a nice location but there are no sun loungers, only iron garden chairs. The parking lot and reception area are dark. If this doesn't change, given the price of the room, it won't last.
