Horrible experience! On December 19th, I traveled with my wife and son to Vila. We arrived at the inn at 2:30 AM and there was no one to greet us. After calling the inn's phone number several times, we were answered by the owner who, in a terrible mood, said we were lucky he received us, as the establishment doesn't have reception service at that hour… Note: we had made the reservation about 20 days in advance, and two days before, we contacted them to reinforce our flight time and consequently our arrival time at the inn. Upon entering the room, we found the environment old and poorly maintained, completely different from the photos on the website. And, believe it or not, the air conditioning didn't work and there was no water coming out of the shower. At that moment, we tried to contact the owner again, but without success. In the room, there was a completely rusted mini-fridge, unplugged, and not even water or other things to drink or eat. In other words, we slept without showering, hot, and hungry. The shower valve is covered in electrical tape to prevent electric shock to anyone who touches it. Breakfast is very simple, just coffee, milk, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage in sauce, and two types of fruit. The pool is another area where the photos don't match reality. The only positive point was the employee Flávia and the other one from the kitchen whose name I don't remember, who paid attention to solving the problems the next day.

First of all, everything looks wonderful in the photos... my mistake was booking my stay at this place... it would have been better to invest more money and stay at other, much more affordable and quality guesthouses in the village... however, I agreed to book the accommodation because an advertisement I saw showed a hot tub and a good pool, but the pool area is not even suitable. It's misleading advertising. When I arrived at the place with everything paid for, I discovered that the hot tub is in the owner's room... the stove that I saw in the advertisement is not available... the breakfast is very repetitive, it's not worth asking for cleanliness... the bathroom is very small, the shower handle is covered in mold and gives electric shocks, the corners of the shower stall are also falling apart, and the television that is advertised as streaming is NOT A SMART TV, IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO CELL PHONES, IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO WI-FI. I left my 85" TV with everything free to watch news and cartoons on cable TV.

Terrible experience. The inn is very remote, the staff always have a sour face, our room was missing a pillow, when we asked for one we were told they didn't have any, and the next morning another employee fixed it. The cleanliness of the inn leaves much to be desired and the breakfast is very weak.
