The room is beautiful, with split-level design and an extra bed for lounging before heading out onto the balcony. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. The air conditioning is cool and there's hot water. Overall, it's good value for money.

The hotel in Khao Yai is right on Thanarat Road. We went on October 22, 2025, and got a room for 2,070 baht. We stayed in a standard room on the 2nd floor, room number 3 (no elevator). 🛎️ Check-in is at 2 PM. We arrived at 1:10 PM, and the staff told us to wait. We checked in at 2 PM. The lobby is open-air. Breakfast is a set menu with 4 options, and you need to specify your preferred meal time in advance. 🛏️ The room was quite spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. There were large towels, no smaller face towels. The bathroom was divided into wet and dry zones. There was a balcony at the back of the room overlooking the swimming pool, with a clothes rack and chair. 🍴 For breakfast, we ordered an American breakfast set and rice porridge with side dishes. The staff served two slices of toast and jam per person first, followed by our ordered food. The congee set comes with four side dishes: stir-fried vegetables, pickled mustard greens salad, pork stir-fried with preserved plums, and shredded pork. The portions are quite generous and the taste is good; I personally liked it very much. The American breakfast includes ham, fried eggs, bacon, and sausage, which is standard. 🚗 Parking: Parking is available in front of the hotel, next to Thanarat Road.

I would like to report the issues I encountered during my stay so the resort can address them and consider improving our service. I stayed in a room priced at 3,800 baht per night (4,066 baht including 7% VAT). I chose this room because it had a bathtub and expected the warm water to be available as needed, given the standard of rooms at this price point. After checking in around 4:00 PM, I turned on the hot water in the bathtub to prepare for a warm bath. However, as soon as I reached the bottom (as shown in the picture), the water immediately turned cold. I informed the front desk and sent a housekeeper to investigate the issue. A few moments later, the housekeeper returned and informed me that the hot water system in the room could only produce approximately 15 liters of hot water (according to information received from the technician through the housekeeper) and that the hot water could not be used continuously. I don't understand why the 15 liter limit was limited, as I've stayed at many accommodations with bathtubs and have never had this problem. Even bathtubs that accommodate 2-3 people have never experienced this problem before. When I reported the issue, the technician did not immediately come to inspect the site. They informed the housekeeper that they would not be coming to inspect the room as it was close to the end of work. Therefore, the problem was not resolved. Guests were directly affected. Initially, I thought it would be better if it were later in the day. After about 8 PM, I tried again, but the problem persisted. A technician came to inspect the room, but they were unable to fix it. The problem persisted until morning. The resort then offered to lower the room rate to 3,000 baht (excluding 7% VAT). I believe this does not reflect my experience and actual usage, so I decline the offer. I reserve the right to share my experience through reviews to ensure other guests receive honest information. (If, as I have learned, the room with the bathtub only produces 15 liters of hot water, the resort should inform guests prior to booking so they can make informed decisions about their stay.)
