Praso @ Ratchada 12 is a hotel I found very suitable for those who like peace and quiet but still want convenient transportation in Bangkok. Located in Ratchada 12 alley, it avoids the noise of traffic, making it easy to sleep at night and feel detached from the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms were pleasant from the start because they were clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities. The design is simple but modern, the lighting is good, and the beds are comfortable. One small point to note is that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so those who prefer to use their own toiletries should remember to bring their own. Soundproofing is moderate, not outstanding, but acceptable unless you encounter very noisy guests. A big plus is the very friendly and proactive staff. As soon as I arrived at the door with my luggage, someone came out to help me, which felt very nice, especially after a long day of traveling. In terms of location, the hotel is near the Huai Khwang MRT station, making it very convenient to get to the city center. From here, you can take the MRT directly to attractions like Central World or Jodd Fairs without complicated transfers. There's also a 7-Eleven right at the end of the alley, very convenient for buying water, snacks, or necessities. The breakfast at the hotel is decent but not very varied, and the dining room is a bit small, so if you're traveling in a large group or during peak hours, it's best to go down early to get a comfortable seat. On the other hand, the room space and the hotel as a whole are pleasant. In short, Praso @ Ratchada 12 is a good choice for its price range: nice rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, suitable for both short trips and stays of a few days in Bangkok.
